Today see the 17th anniversary of Croatia’s Operation Storm, which liberated much of occupied Croatian territory, saved Bosnia-Herzegovina and ended the war. It stopped the full implementation of the plans of Milosevic, Karadzic and Mladic.
However, the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia last year found that Operation Storm was a Joint Criminal Enterprise and convicted General Ante Gotovina and General Mladen Markac for it.
