    Gotovina et al received fair sentences

    • Whether the sentences are fair or not that is a separate question and certainly the ICTY in the Haague will look at that after the Appeal against the judgement, on the basis of which the sentences were given, is completed. We can only wait and see what the outcome of the Appeal will be. Reading the court’s Judgement without any bias, one must question a great deal and form opinions based on the Judgment published, and certainly everyone has a right to due process. The Appeal is one of them. Thank you on your commen.
