“I believe that our destinies are written in God’s book, and so too the fact that as a young man I went into the world and became a soldier. I believe that it’s also written in there that I return as an experienced soldier and help the homeland that was under attack in the war it did not want”.

  1. Reblogged this on Eyes of the Mind and commented:
The English translation of Jadranka Juresko-Kero’s exclusive interview with Ante Gotovina, a truly humble gentleman hero.

  2. Michael Silovic says:

This was a very powerful interview that shed light on the heart felt, compassionate, human character of General Gotivina. I will never give up on seeking justice against those who betrayed our general and our people and make certain that they are exposed for their betrayal. So much more work to do

  3. Compelling stuff. And they try to say that this man was on par with milosevic, Mladic and Karadzic!

Also glad he mentioned Slobodan Praljak and company. After spending hours upon hours looking into his case, that is his indictment, evidence the prosecution has submitted and the evidence the defence have submitted and what General Praljak himself has put on his website (both Croatian and English translation – literally hundreds of pages of material including milatary and government documents from BiH, Herceg-Bosna entity and Croatia), there are some serious questions to be asked as to what the ICTY is trying to achieve in this case because it surely cannot be trying to convict criminals when innocent people are on the stand.

  4. No mention of the War started by the Bosnian Croats, Croatian Army against the Bosnian Army in a deal with the Cheddo
